WHAT THIS IS
YakkamonWorld exists because the rules of this game are scattered. Some of it is in the official docs, some is said once on a dev stream and never written down, and some of it — the deposit math, the rank ladder, what a streak is actually worth — only becomes clear when somebody sits down and works it out.
So that is what this site is: the published rules, in plain language, plus the arithmetic nobody else has bothered to do. Guides for the things people keep asking about, news when something genuinely changes, and a deposit leaderboard built from public blockchain data because the numbers were there for anyone to read.
It is free, it needs no account, and there is nothing to sign into.
WHO WRITES IT
One person: a Yakkamon player. I pre-registered like everyone else, I deposit like everyone else, and I have exactly the same information you do — no insider line to the studio, no early access, no private briefings.
That is worth stating plainly, because it cuts both ways. It means nothing here is authorized or approved by anyone. It also means nobody is telling me what to write.
Plenty of what ends up on the site starts with a reader. Tips that hold up get published with the sender’s name on them, and a fair few corrections have come in from people who spotted something before I did.
HOW I WORK
- Published sources first. The official documentation, the team’s own announcements and dev streams, and the game itself. When something comes from a stream rather than the docs, I say so — spoken answers get revised more often than written ones.
- Chain data where it exists. Deposits are public transfers on Base and Ronin, so they can be read and added up rather than guessed at. That is where the leaderboard comes from.
- I test before I publish. The deposit points formula went up only after I rebuilt a real account’s deposits from chain data and the total matched the game exactly, to the point.
- My own reasoning is labeled as mine. Where I am working something out rather than reporting it — what a rank is likely to cost, whether waiting is worth it — it is marked as my reading, not the rules.
- I say when I don’t know. Dates that haven’t been confirmed, numbers nobody has published, mechanics that have only been hinted at. An honest gap is more useful than a confident guess.
WHEN I GET IT WRONG
I do, and the rules move underneath me as well — a referral change or a schedule shift can make a page wrong overnight without anybody touching it.
When that happens I fix the page and say what changed, rather than quietly editing it and hoping nobody noticed. If you find something wrong, tell me. Corrections go to the front of the queue, and I would much rather hear it from you than leave it up.
CONTENT AND IMAGE USAGE
Yakkamon, its artwork, its characters and its game content belong to Thought Farm. Game details, screenshots and images used on this site come from the official docs.yakkamon.com, the team’s public announcements and the game itself, and are used here for reference, commentary and player guidance.
I claim no ownership of any of it, and this site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Thought Farm in any way. Where I am quoting or describing something official, the official source is the one to trust — and it is always linked so you can check it yourself.
My own writing, the calculations and the leaderboard are my work. Quote them, argue with them, use them in your own guides — a link back is appreciated but not demanded. If you are from Thought Farm and want something here changed or taken down, write to me and it will be.
HOW IT PAYS FOR ITSELF
Barely, is the honest answer. Links to yakkamon.com carry my access code, YAKKA-UDBVPX, which gets you a Gold Box in game and earns me leaderboard points. It costs you nothing, you can ignore it entirely, and it is the only thing this site earns.
What I don’t do: take payment for coverage, accept anything in exchange for a favorable write-up, or let any of it change what goes on the page. The privacy page spells out the rest — including that analytics only run if you say yes.
WHAT I CAN’T DO
- Anything inside your account. Recover it, restore a streak, chase missing points, change a rank. Only the official team can.
- Tell you whether to deposit. I will show you the arithmetic. The decision is yours, and I can’t give financial advice.
- Promise the rules will hold. This game is still in development. Everything here describes the rules as they stand today.
