1. GETTING STARTED

▶ Prefer to watch? How to pre-register, in 3 minutes ↗

Sign up with just an email to claim a Monster Egg — and nothing else. From there, you earn points by staying active before launch — the more points you earn, the better your rewards when the game opens.

trainers registered
As of · · official site ↗

Your points decide three things:

  • Your trainer number — your permanent rank among the founding players.
  • Which wave you join — higher-ranked players get in first when early access opens.
  • What you receive at launch — including a shot at a free Genesis monster (see below).

How to earn points:

  • Tap your egg once a day (bonus points for keeping a daily streak going)
  • Link your Discord and Twitter, and post weekly
  • Refer friends — you earn points for every signup
  • Take part in the free mint (see below) — 250 points
  • Deposit $FLOWER early (see below)
Daily actions add up over time. The earlier you start, the harder your rank is for others to catch up to.

2. IMPORTANT DATES

▶ What the schedule means for your rank →

Everything scheduled between now and early access, in one place — taken from the official Important Dates page. Almost nothing here is a fixed calendar date yet: most of it is defined relative to the early access launch, which is itself still a window.

The leaderboard finalizes one week before early access launch. The rank you hold at that moment is the rank your rewards are calculated on — points earned after it cannot change your tier, your monster, or your wave. The team has said the exact date will be announced with plenty of notice beforehand.

What this means for you:

  • Deposit sooner rather than later. The points multiplier on $FLOWER deposits is at its highest right now and steps down every week, so the same deposit is worth less the longer you leave it.
  • Climb before the lock. Everything that decides your reward — your monster, your wave, your trainer number — is settled the moment the leaderboard finalizes.
  • Rewards land three days later. Your airdrop arrives shortly after the lock, ahead of launch day.
  • Utilities are out. The official Yakkapedia now names what each Genesis Legendary does — as descriptive text, with the numbers still being balanced — so you know what you're climbing toward. The table →
  • September 10 was the mint deadline, not the 14th. The free mint whitelists were taken from the leaderboard at 01:00 UTC on September 10. Your rank then — and whether you had 5 $FLOWER deposited — decided which waves you can mint in; the checker shows the result.
Wave 4 is the one gap. Waves 1 to 3 enter a week apart, but Wave 4 — ranks 20,001 to 100,000, most of everyone who gets in at all — is only “confirmed closer to launch”. Deposited $FLOWER unlocks when you get access, not on launch day, so if you've deposited, the top-20,000 line is worth more than the reward ladder alone suggests. Our full read on the schedule →
Dates firm up as we get closer. Timings here are the team's current plan, and anything without a fixed date will be confirmed and announced in advance. We track this page against the official docs and update it when they move.

3. REWARD TRACK

▶ The reward track explained →

The reward track runs on a weekly cycle, not on fixed points milestones. Every 7 days, a fresh list of rewards appears for you to claim.

  • Claimed items go straight into your inventory and stay there.
  • Once you have early access, you'll be able to claim them inside the game.
  • Each new list replaces the last one — so anything you don't claim is gone.
Check back every 7 days. Because each list replaces the previous one, logging in weekly is the only way to keep collecting.

4. MONSTER EGG TIERS

Sign-up order decides exactly one thing: which Monster Egg you start with. Tiers are handed out in registration order, and once a tier is full, it's gone.

Sign-up positionMonster Egg
1 – 10,000💎 Platinum
10,001 – 25,000🥇 Gold
25,001 – 50,000🥈 Silver
50,001 – 100,000🥉 Bronze
100,001 – 500,000Basic
Your Monster Egg is not an NFT. It's an in-game item — nothing to mint, nothing to claim, no wallet needed. It simply appears on your farm the first time you log into Yakkamon.
Sign-up egg tiers are mainly cosmetic. The team has confirmed the tiers function as cosmetic and early-collectible differences rather than as power. Every monster works as a worker for you whichever egg it came from — so a Platinum egg is not a head start on the leaderboard and carries no claim on early access.
Signed up late? You can still finish at the top. A Basic egg holder who earns points daily will finish above a Platinum egg holder who signs up and never comes back. Rank is earned, not reserved.

5. REFERRAL RULES

▶ The new referral rules, and what they cost →

Referrals earn points, but only genuine ones count. Referrals are reviewed before rewards are finalized, and points from them stay provisional until that review.

A referral only counts if the friend is a real, separate person with a verified account who actually engages with pre-registration. Each counting referral is worth 75 points, and referrals are uncapped. Your first five are instant — they pay the moment your friend signs up. From the sixth onward, your friend must link a wallet and deposit 100 $FLOWER of their own before the points land. Linking Discord and X no longer verifies a referral: bot accounts were clearing that bar in bulk. These do not count:

Referrals past your fifth are no longer free. The bar is now a 100 $FLOWER deposit made by your friend, with their own money and their own wallet — not something you can complete on their behalf, and not something a genuinely free-to-play friend will clear. What this costs, and who it hits →
  • Unverified accounts — sign-ups that never complete verification.
  • Multi-accounting — referring yourself via alt accounts, throwaway emails, or shared devices and wallets.
  • Bots and automation — bulk or scripted sign-ups.
  • Referrals 6+ where the friend hasn't deposited — from your sixth referral on, the friend must link a wallet and deposit 100 $FLOWER themselves. Their deposit also earns them points, so it isn't purely a cost to them — but it is real money. Why this changed →
  • Inactive sign-ups — accounts created purely to farm a referral bonus, with no real activity.
Removed referrals are deducted from your total, which can lower your trainer number and your tier. Serious or repeated abuse can disqualify an account from pre-registration rewards entirely.

6. GENESIS MONSTERS

▶ The full airdrop write-up →

When early access opens, the 5,000 highest-ranked players each get a free Genesis Monster — a powerful starter creature that will never be available again to anyone, at any price. The top 2,000 get an even rarer Legendary version.

  • Genuinely powerful — not just a collectible. It's a real head start in the game.
  • Starts with XP — it arrives already leveled up, ahead of monsters caught on day one.
  • Fully yours — you can trade it with other players if you want to.
  • Specialized — some are built for battle, some for gathering resources, some for other parts of the game.
This is not first come, first served. Monster NFTs are awarded on points, not on how early you signed up. Signing up does not reserve one — you have to earn your rank and hold it until the leaderboard locks.

There is no sale. No second window. No way to buy in later. The only route is to finish pre-registration inside the top 5,000 on points. Once the leaderboard locks, this airdrop is closed for good.

Who gets an airdrop

Leaderboard rank (by points)Airdrop

2,001 – 5,000Rare Egg

Late to pre-registration? You are not locked out. The leaderboard is points-based, so a trainer who signs up today and grinds daily can pass someone who signed up on day one and stopped showing up.

Which early-access wave you enter

The Trainer Point airdrop is a one-time chance to own some of the most powerful monsters in the game — and it grants early access too. Your place is your leaderboard rank at the moment of the airdrop, earned on points, so it's still there to be climbed.

Points rankGenesis Legendary
1 – 3🌩 Storm + ⬜ Echo
4 – 10🌩 Storm + 👻 Ghost
11 – 50🌩 Storm
51 – 250⬜ Echo
251 – 500👻 Ghost
501 – 2,000🌸 Bloom
2,001 – 5,000Rare Egg
5,001+❌ Not eligible

The top 2,000 trainers each receive one of the four Genesis Legendaries — the founding set, earned on the leaderboard alone. Ranks 2,001–5,000 receive a Rare Egg.

Storm is the newest monster and the hardest to earn. It sits above everything else, and the only way to be airdropped one is to finish in the top 50. The top 10 receive Storm and a second Genesis Legendary alongside it.
You have to hold your rank, not just reach it. The airdrop settles when the leaderboard locks, and once it does it’s closed for good. Sitting inside the top 2,000 today guarantees nothing if others pass you before then. The lock lands one week before early access launch — see important dates — but the exact day is still to be announced.
Twice as many Legendaries as before. Legendary monsters used to stop at rank 1,000. They now run all the way to rank 2,000.
Updated September 2 — two names changed, and the utilities are out. The official Yakkapedia now lists the four as Storm, Echo, Ghost and Bloom: the 251–500 monster previously called Bloom is now Ghost, and the 501–2,000 monster previously called Tide is now Bloom. Same monsters, same boosts, renamed to match their types. Their utilities: Storm makes Yakkamon within range work 2× as fast (large AOE), Echo doubles the resources of those within range (small AOE), Ghost keeps those within range at maximum stamina (small AOE), and Bloom regenerates a share of its Max HP every combat turn. Supplies are 75 / 275 / 400 / 2,000. The full table →

Early access waves

Separately from the eggs, your rank decides which wave you enter the game in. The August 12 update covered reward eggs only and didn’t restate the wave bands, so these are as previously published:

Points rankEarly access
1 – 1,000Wave 1
1,001 – 5,000Wave 2
5,001 – 20,000Wave 3
20,001 – 100,000Wave 4
100,001+❌ No early access
Echo, Ghost and Bloom are different roles, not three rungs. Echo and Ghost are farm auras (double output; never tired) and Bloom is a combat passive (HP regeneration every turn). Storm is the one the team places above the rest. Landing at rank 700 gets you a different monster, not a weaker one — and the scarcity runs the other way from the ladder: 2,000 Bloom exist against 400 Ghost and 275 Echo. More on this →
Only the top 100,000 trainers get early access. Pre-registering does not qualify you on its own — you have to finish inside the top 100,000 on points. Below that, you wait for full launch.
The egg counter on the sign-up page is unrelated to this airdrop. That counter tracks Monster Egg tiers only. It is not counting down Monster NFTs and it has nothing to do with your leaderboard rank.
You won't know which individual you got until launch. A live "Reveal Event" unwraps every Genesis monster at once — though since the Yakkapedia, you do know which species and utility each rank band is in line for.

On September 14 a free mint of 10,000 hidden Genesis monster NFTs opens on the Ronin Launchpad. It runs in five whitelisted waves over five days, each open to a different slice of the leaderboard, and it costs nothing beyond the network fee (gas, paid in RON). Your leaderboard rank on September 10 decides which waves you are on the list for.

The wave supplies add up to 11,000 against a 10,000 collection — later waves only get what earlier waves left. Opening times are the official ones from yakkamon.com/whitelist: 00:00 UTC is 8:00 PM the evening before in New York and 8:00 AM in Manila; 08:00 UTC is 4:00 AM in New York and 4:00 PM in Manila — more time zones.

  • Minting earns 250 points — more than three referrals for one click, and it lands on your leaderboard score ahead of the final lock.
  • The snapshot has been taken — 01:00 UTC on September 10. Whitelists are final; climbing or depositing now changes nothing for the mint. Check which waves your wallet is on.
  • Waves 2 and 4 needed at least 5 $FLOWER deposited before the snapshot. It is fully withdrawable — it exists to make multi-accounting expensive, at the Ronin team’s suggestion. If it was in by 01:00 UTC on September 10, the checker will show those waves.
  • Have a Ronin wallet connected and some RON in it for gas. Base deposits count for points, but the mint is Ronin only.
  • Be online when your wave opens. Outside the guaranteed top-1,000 wave, it is fastest-click: “there is usually more people than that supply”, in Adam’s words, and not everyone gets one.
  • Mint in every wave you qualify for. One per wave per account, so a top-1,000 trainer with a 5 $FLOWER deposit can mint in Waves 1, 2, 4 and 5 — and in Wave 3 as well if the same wallet is on the Ronin Wave list.
  • Play Axie, Craft World, Pixels, Ronkeverse, Moku or Sunflower Land on Ronin? Wave 3 is yours to check: it is built from 90 days of on-chain activity to September 8, and since September 10 the checker at yakkamon.com/whitelist gives the final answer. How to check your address →
You mint blind. All 10,000 stay sealed until October 14, when every one is revealed at once. That is before the leaderboard finalizes, so you’ll know what you’re holding while you can still climb. Hidden NFTs are tradable before the reveal as well as after — and this collection is the ongoing Yakkamon collection, so new monsters released later appear in it too.
What changed from the earlier plan. The mint used to be described as a verified whitelist with one mint per trainer and no race. It is now rank-gated waves with a set supply per wave, one mint per wave per account, and speed matters in every wave except the first. The 5-Legendary figure from the old docs is gone too: 68 Legendaries are hidden in the pool. Our grades for each of those decisions →
After the reveal, you deposit them into the game. Once early access begins (November/December), minted monsters can be deposited into Yakkamon and played. The free mint and the Genesis airdrop are separate things: the airdrop is on final rank and lands automatically, the mint is something you do yourself in your wave.

8. FLOWER DEPOSITS

▶ The official deposit guideline, explained →

$FLOWER is the in-game currency already used across the studio's other games — Yakkamon doesn't launch a new one. Depositing early is like pre-loading credit before the store opens.

Every deposit does two things at once:

  • Saves it for you — it's held and ready the moment you get game access.
  • Earns points nowopen now (since Aug 9, 8:00 PM ET), minimum 5 $FLOWER, sent on Base or Ronin. Points are boosted two ways: a weekly multiplier of in the opening week, falling 0.2× each week to a floor of 1× (week 3 held at 2.8× after the week-2 pause), and a size bonus rated per deposit doubling from +10% at 50 $FLOWER to +80% at 50,000. Both favor depositing early, in one transfer. The full schedule →

You're not trading one for the other — you keep the $FLOWER and the points.

Where to get it — $FLOWER is the same ERC20 token on Base and Ronin, at one identical contract address, so neither chain needs bridging. You can earn it free by playing Sunflower Land, or buy it — through a swap on Base, or directly inside the Ronin Wallet. The official deposits page now publishes the contract address and the buy links; verify against it before you swap. Where to get $FLOWER →

Once you're in the game, you can spend it on gear and crafting, or withdraw it with no tax, any time.

For security, small percentage-based withdrawal limits may apply during the first few weeks after launch. This only limits how much you can withdraw at once while things stabilize — not whether you can withdraw at all.
