$FLOWER deposits open on Sunday, August 9 at 8:00 PM ET. That's when your deposit address is issued, and when deposited $FLOWER starts converting into leaderboard points.
Send any amount of $FLOWER to your deposit address on Base or Ronin, minimum 5 $FLOWER. Every $FLOWER earns a point, and your deposited total unlocks bonus rates on top:

Because they're quoting the UTC date. 8:00 PM ET on Sunday Aug 9 is midnight UTC, which is already Monday Aug 10 in London and everywhere east of it. Same instant, two calendar dates — if you're in the Americas, the evening you want is Sunday the 9th.
The instinct is to wait — watch the leaderboard, see where you stand, and deposit near the end to secure a rank. The deposit system is built specifically to punish that.
Two bonuses stack, and both reward moving early. The weekly multiplier pays 3× through the opening week and falls 0.2× each week after. The size bonus is rated per deposit rather than on your running total, so 25 $FLOWER followed by another 25 does not reach the 50 tier — the full amount has to land in one go.
