1. HOW TO PRE-REGISTER (SUNFLOWER LAND PLAYERS)
If you already play Sunflower Land, your Bumpkin Level decides when your access code becomes available. Codes unlock for the highest levels first, then a new tier opens each day:
| Bumpkin Level | Access date |
|---|---|
| 150+ | Jul 30, 2026 |
| 100+ | Jul 31, 2026 |
| 50+ | Aug 1, 2026 |
| 20+ | Aug 2, 2026 |
Step 1: Find Yakkamon in the Plaza
Head to the Plaza in Sunflower Land and look for the "Yakkamon" sign next to Stella. Click on it to open the access code panel.
The Yakkamon booth sits right next to Stella in the Plaza.
From there, click "Get Access Code" to receive your unique code.
Step 2: Sign up with your code
Once you have your code, go to yakkamon.com and enter it on the "Enter Trainer Code" screen, then hit Confirm.
Enter your code exactly as shown, then confirm to complete pre-registration.
Full walkthrough with more detail is in the original news post.
2. GENERAL
Is YakkamonWorld the official Yakkamon website?
No. The official pre-registration site is yakkamon.com, and the official documentation is at docs.yakkamon.com. This site is a fan-run portal that explains things in plainer language and isn't affiliated with the Yakkamon team or SunflowerLand.
Do I need to know about crypto, or own a wallet, to take part?
Not to pre-register — that only needs an email address. A wallet only becomes relevant if you want to take part in the Free Mint on October 1st, since that's an on-chain claim. If you plan to do that, you'll want a Ronin-compatible wallet set up beforehand. The Genesis Monster airdrop at launch doesn't require any action or wallet setup on your part — it's based purely on your final leaderboard rank.
3. RANKS, TIERS & WAVES
What's the actual difference between my rank, my tier, and my wave?
These three terms get used close together and it's easy to mix them up:
- Rank — your exact leaderboard position, like #4,521. This is what everything else is based on.
- Tier — a points milestone you've crossed on the reward track (like "1,000 points = Tier I"). Crossing a tier unlocks a reward automatically.
- Wave — the numbered group you get let into the game with once early access opens. Your final rank decides which wave you're in.
What happens if I'm not Bumpkin Level 150+, or don't play Sunflower Land at all?
Nothing bad — you're not locked out. Codes are currently dropping in Discord and partner channels, and starting August 5th you'll be able to use a referral code from another trainer instead. Lower Bumpkin levels (and non-Sunflower-Land players) unlock automatically as each tier opens, same as everyone else. See the full access code walkthrough for details.
4. FREE MINT vs THE GENESIS AIRDROP
These two sound similar — both involve free Genesis monsters — but they work completely differently:
| Free Mint | Genesis Airdrop | |
|---|---|---|
| When | October 1st | At launch (early access) |
| Do you need to act? | Yes — you claim it yourself | No — happens automatically |
| Who's eligible | Any pre-registered trainer | Only the top 5,000 ranked trainers |
| Cost | Free + a small network fee | Completely free |
| Supply | 10,000 total | 5,000 total (1,000 are Legendary) |
In short: the Free Mint is a first-come claim window open to everyone who's registered. The Genesis Airdrop is a reward reserved for whoever ends up highest-ranked — you don't do anything extra to get it beyond having a good rank.
What is "gas," and do I need real money?
Gas is a tiny processing fee paid in the network's own currency to complete an on-chain action — similar to a card processing fee, except it goes to the network, not to Yakkamon. On Ronin this is usually a small fraction of a dollar. You'll need a small amount of RON (Ronin's currency) sitting in your wallet to cover it.
What is Ronin?
Ronin is the blockchain network Yakkamon runs on — built specifically for games, with much lower fees than networks like Ethereum. Items living on Ronin (like your Genesis monster) are provably yours and can be traded with other players, rather than being locked inside one company's database.
5. FLOWER DEPOSITS
Can I get my $FLOWER back if I change my mind?
Yes. Deposited FLOWER can be withdrawn tax-free at any time. The one caveat: small percentage-based withdrawal limits may apply during the first few weeks after launch, purely for security while things stabilise — this limits how much you can withdraw at once during that window, not whether you can withdraw at all.
Is depositing FLOWER risky?
We're not financial advisors and can't tell you whether to deposit — that's your call. What we can tell you factually: FLOWER is the same currency already used across the studio's other live games, not a new speculative token, and deposits are held on-chain rather than in a single company account. As with any on-chain asset, there's inherent smart-contract and platform risk, same as with any blockchain-based system.
6. LAUNCH TIMING
When does the game actually come out?
November 1st is when early access begins — but not everyone gets in on day one. Higher-ranked trainers in earlier waves get in first, with later waves following after. A full public launch date beyond early access hasn't been announced yet; check the News page for updates as they're confirmed.
