Superseded — the ladder changed on August 12. This post describes the airdrop as it was announced in July: Legendaries to ranks 1–1,000 and a standard Genesis Monster to 1,001–5,000. The current rules are different: ranks 1–2,000 receive a Genesis Legendary (Storm, Echo, Ghost or Bloom depending on rank), 2,001–5,000 receive a Rare Egg, and a separate 10,000-NFT free mint now runs on Ronin from September 14 with the reveal on October 14. The airdrop is still capped at 5,000 trainers and still requires holding your rank to the lock. For the current version read the full airdrop breakdown and the Genesis table on the Early Access page; the text below is kept as published.

When early access opens, 5,000 Genesis Monster NFTs will be airdropped to the players who registered earliest and ranked highest. There's no sale and no second window — once the leaderboard locks, the Genesis line closes for good.

Who gets what

Ranks 1–1,000 receive a Legendary Genesis Monster, the rarest tier that will ever be minted. Ranks 1,001–5,000 receive a standard Genesis Monster. Every Genesis creature arrives already carrying in-game XP, and some are built for battle while others excel at gathering.

The reveal

Nobody finds out what they got until a live Genesis Reveal Event at launch, where every Genesis monster is unwrapped at once.

Full tier breakdown is on the Early Access page.
